Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Engineer to manage our operations, focusing on optimizing manufacturing processes and ensuring the successful production of high-quality products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in process optimization, root cause analysis, and quality control methodologies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement within the product manufacturing cycle, including mechanical assembly, joining techniques, electrical and testing.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain and improve quality standards throughout the manufacturing process, monitor production outputs, and implement corrective actions.
  • Manufacturing Support & Problem Solving: Provide technical support to the manufacturing team, troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.
  • Documentation Skills: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for manufacturing processes, standard operating procedures, and quality control protocols.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by enhancing manufacturing processes, reducing costs, and increasing product reliability.
