About the Role

RABI is seeking a skilled Fundraiser to join our dynamic Fundraising team. As a Fundraiser (Trusts and Foundations), you will play a crucial role in securing funding from charitable trusts to support our mission to help farmers in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential charitable trusts to support RABI's work.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with trust representatives to secure funding.
  • Prepare and submit applications to charitable trusts, ensuring timely follow-up and record-keeping.
  • Update the CRM system to track activities, communications, and donations.
  • Compile research and statistics to support relationship development with charitable trusts.
  • Monitor trust income and ensure accurate coding and reporting.
  • Support other income streams, including regular and individual giving, corporate, legacy, and other fundraising initiatives.
Person Specification
  • A minimum of three years' experience in trust fundraising.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong IT skills and attention to detail.
  • Affinity with RABI's mission and values.
