Nurse Coordinator

A leading healthcare provider is seeking a dedicated Night Nurse Coordinator to join their team in Wadhurst, East Sussex. As a Night Nurse Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading and managing hospital operations, providing clinical leadership, and overseeing patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage hospital operations to ensure safe and effective care for patients
- Provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing and healthcare team
- Oversee patient care, ensuring safe staffing levels and effective incident management
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Mentor and support staff through supervisions and post-incident debriefs
- Review and respond to incoming referrals and support wards with admissions
- Qualified as an RGN or RMN Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
- Experience in a managerial or leadership role within a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to patient-centered care, quality, and safety
- Ability to balance conflicting demands using adaptive thinking and positive problem-solving
- Excellent salary of £45,194 - £49,821 per annum DOE
