A leading healthcare provider is seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Nurse Coordinator to join their team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a key member of the hospital's management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing hospital operations, providing effective clinical leadership and support to the nursing and healthcare team, and overseeing patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage hospital operations to ensure safe and efficient delivery of patient care
  • Provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing and healthcare team to promote high-quality patient care
  • Oversee patient care, ensuring safe staffing levels and effective incident management
  • Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients
  • Contribute to continuous quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
  • Mentor and support staff through supervisions and post-incident debriefs
  • Review and respond to incoming referrals and support wards with admissions

Requirements:

  • Experience in a managerial or leadership role within a healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to patient-centered care, quality, and safety
  • Ability to balance conflicting demands using adaptive thinking and positive problem-solving
