Cover Supervisor Job Vacancy:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cover Supervisor to join our team at a Secondary School in the Sutton-in-Ashfield area. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing student behavior, delivering pre-planned lessons, and providing support to students when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage student behavior in line with school policies
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons to classes when a teacher is absent
  • Provide clear instructions to students to ensure they understand the work set and their learning objectives
  • Support students who require extra help
  • Report any safeguarding concerns to the relevant person at the school

Requirements:
You should have experience working in a school setting and possess strong classroom management skills. In addition, you should have excellent communication skills and a DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one. If you meet these requirements, we would love to hear from you

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 per annum
