About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Riverside Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support to vulnerable individuals, helping them to rebuild their lives and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one support to customers, helping them to manage their daily lives and achieve their goals
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure a holistic approach to customer support
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer support plans
  • Monitor and record customer progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address these
Requirements
  • Experience of working with vulnerable individuals, preferably in a support worker role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Flexibility and willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
