- Develop and implement new ideas to enhance the Pool Bar's offerings, driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and serve a range of beverages, light bites, and healthy dishes from the Pool Bar kitchen, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and problem-solving, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Prepare staff rotas and manage holiday cover, ensuring adequate staffing levels and minimizing downtime.
- Ensure the kitchen operates in accordance with food hygiene regulations and guidelines, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Attend daily meetings to understand guest requirements and special requests, adapting the service to meet their needs.
- Develop and implement promotional ideas to generate revenue and create a buzz around the Pool Bar.
- Proven experience in a management role within a cafe or restaurant environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Barista experience is essential, with a strong understanding of coffee preparation and presentation.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Experience in delivering training, writing rotas, and managing staff is highly desirable.
- Proactive and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and hospitality.
