Job Summary:

As a Global Replenishment Planning Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting global replenishment planning activities, embodying company values, and contributing to a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecast Accuracy: Assess global replenishment forecasts and create a culture of accountability for forecast accuracy.
  • Global Board Line Cards: Maintain global board line cards for replenishment items and ensure adherence to the replenishment monthly critical path.
  • Regional Collaboration: Collaborate with regions to identify and maximize opportunities in replenishment products.
  • Long-Range Forecasting: Determine long-range forecasting to support key vendor strategies.
  • SPI Category Allocation: Drive allocation of SPI categories.
  • Global Replenishment Line Cards: Assess global replenishment line cards and ensure adherence to global weeks of cover targets for both store and hub.
  • Global Replenishment Buy Process: Alongside planners, drive the global replenishment buy process, actualizing against regional plans.
  • Trading Evaluation: Alongside planner, evaluate monthly trading with regional teams to assess in-season management decisions and potential inventory rebalances across regions.
  • Commercial Analysis: Assist in preparation of insightful commercial analyses to highlight missed opportunities and hindsight for future collection guidance/development, particularly with respect to regional ranging.
  • Regional Replenishment Sales Forecasts: Review regional replenishment sales forecasts and stock weeks of cover based on current trading and targets, overlay adjustments if necessary to future buys.
  • Free Stock Drops: Assist other replenishment planners in coordinating regular free stock drops to optimize replenishment inventory.
  • Global Single Pool of Inventory: Assist in the global single pool of inventory, including forecasting future procurement and weekly single pool stock allocations to regional contracts.
  • Replenishment Margin Forecasting: Assist in forecasting and planning replenishment margin for input into seasonal plans.
  • Stock Allocation: Allocate stock for SPI products to regional hubs to maintain key target stock levels and maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a planning or analytical role.
  • Communication Skills: Solid communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Microsoft Excel: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Analytical Skills: Highly analytical, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Results Orientation: Driven and ambitious, with an aptitude to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Fast study/quick learner.

Salary:$60,000 - $80,000 per annum
