About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Early Help Support Worker to join our team in Balsall Heath. This is a fixed-term position until March 2027, working 22 hours per week. The successful candidate will be part of a multi-agency team, working with families and professionals to provide support and guidance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and social care, with experience in safeguarding and multi-agency working. They will be able to travel independently and manage difficult conversations effectively.

The role involves delivering light-touch work with families, completing Early Help Wheels and closure forms, and working closely with statutory and community partners to achieve positive outcomes.
