About the Opportunity:

We are excited to offer a challenging and rewarding role for a Project Delivery Expert to join our team in the Thames Valley area. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering M&E infrastructure projects from concept to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in mechanical and electrical engineering, with excellent project management skills. At least 2 years of experience in the water industry is required, along with relevant qualifications such as BTEC/HNC/ONC/BEng.

This is a permanent position, working 45 hours per week, with opportunities for professional growth and development within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the supply chain and oversee multidisciplinary professionals throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review and manage design outputs to ensure alignment with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and address project risks, consistently upholding safety, health, and environmental standards on-site.
  • Prepare project progress reports, maintain detailed project records, and support the compilation of close-out documentation.
  • Track project budgets and expenditures, providing cost analyses to ensure resources are used effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous water industry experience (minimum 2 years)
  • Full UK drivers license
  • Mechanical/Electrical Qualifications (BTEC/HNC/ONC/BEng)
  • CSCS, SSSTS, Confined Spaces
  • Experienced in reviewing RAMS with good risk assessment knowledge
  • Thames water passport
  • Previous experience delivering Thames Water Projects
  • EUSR Water Hygiene Card
  • DSEAR Knowledge/COMPEX Qualifications

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
