Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Information Security Manager to join our global technology team. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the security posture of our cloud-based infrastructure. This is a unique opportunity to shape the security landscape of our organization and work closely with our Global CTO.
Key Responsibilities- Cloud Security: Design and implement secure cloud architectures on AWS, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- DevSecOps: Collaborate with development teams to integrate security into the development lifecycle, ensuring secure coding practices and vulnerability management.
- Security Governance: Establish and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Incident Response: Develop and implement incident response plans, ensuring timely and effective response to security incidents.
- Security Awareness: Develop and implement security awareness programs, ensuring all employees understand their role in maintaining the security of our organization.
- 10+ years of experience in information security, with a focus on cloud security and DevSecOps.
- Proven track record of establishing and maintaining security postures in cloud-based environments.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with development teams and senior leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate security risks.
