Job Overview

This part-time role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in data entry and document management within the alternative investments space. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to ensure accurate and timely processing of documents and data.

Responsibilities

  • Download, organize, and rename files as needed.
  • Document management and maintenance.
  • Create, circulate, and track Letters of Authorization (LOAs).
  • Create and reconcile transaction level data in Excel.
  • Email correspondence with Fund Managers.
  • Reconcile fund portal access.
  • Automate technology process validation.
  • Escalate system and data issues to client-facing teams and/or the team lead.

Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of data entry experience.
  • Familiarity with technology, software tools, and applications (Excel).
  • Well-organized and self-motivated individual.
  • Highly attentive to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential data.
  • Familiarity with financial services is preferred.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant job experience is preferred.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this part-time role is $45,000 per year, based on a 29-hour workweek. As a part-time employee, you will enjoy benefits such as paid time off, health insurance, and access to professional development opportunities.
