Part-Time Sanitation Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Sanitation Assistant to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our students and staff at Lifeworks College in Dartington.
Salary: £12 per hour (estimated annual salary is £6,240.00)
Working Hours: 10 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 2 hours per day)
This role involves cleaning and maintaining the college premises, ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain the college premises, including classrooms, corridors, and common areas
- Empty waste bins and replace liners
- Clean and disinfect surfaces, fixtures, and equipment
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the relevant authorities
Requirements:
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and protocols
- Ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment
