Learning Support Assistant

As a Learning Support Assistant at Lifeworks, you will play a vital role in empowering young people with learning disabilities to achieve their full potential. You will work closely with our tutors to create a positive learning environment, championing independence and supporting students in their transition from school to college.
Your Responsibilities
- Work alongside tutors to ensure students are motivated, happy, and engaged in their learning and development
- Inspire and encourage students to learn and practice independence
- Support in a range of tasks to facilitate a positive, supportive learning environment

What We Offer
