Reward and Share Schemes Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Reward and Share Schemes Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients and assisting with the development of targets to ensure the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively manage your own workload, communicating with directors/partners on a regular basis.
- Consider and highlight further opportunities to develop new work.
- Advise on the tax treatment of share options and other forms of employee share ownership.
- Prepare share valuations and liaise with HMRC.
- Manage client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
- Expertise in EMI, ESS, and reward tax, including employment, NIC, and capital gains tax.
- Strong people skills and ability to build relationships defined by trust.
- Ability to profitably manage a client portfolio and develop new business opportunities.
- Experience in staff management and mentoring.
- Educated to degree level, and/or CTA and/or ATT/ACA qualified or equivalent.
