What We Seek in Our Ideal Candidate:

- Completion of a recognized apprenticeship and possession of relevant qualifications (NVQ L2/L3).
- Proficient in all facets of plumbing, with hands-on experience in both residential and commercial maintenance tasks, including pre-paint repairs and refurbishments.
- Background in plumbing with expertise in installing wet rooms and making necessary adaptations for individuals with disabilities.
- Experience in a social housing context, specifically with bathroom renovations, pipework modifications, and various repairs.
- Proven ability to work independently and resolve challenges as they arise.
- A valid driving license is mandatory. Skilled candidates will possess a CSCS Card, have asbestos awareness training, and provide their own tools.
