  • Clear blocked drains and toilets.
  • Trace, diagnose, and identify faults on hot and cold-water systems.
Requirements:

We are looking for a Plumber with a recognized Apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L2/L3). You should be competent in all aspects of plumbing trade discipline and have experience of maintenance work on domestic and commercial properties, pre-pain repairs, and refurbishments.

A background of plumbing and experience in the installation of wet rooms and Disabled adaptations is essential. You should also have experience working within a social housing environment, doing bathroom replacements, pipework alterations, and other repairs.

We require a Plumber who can work with own initiative and deal with problems encountered. A current driving license is essential. Skilled workers will hold a CSCS Card, have asbestos awareness, and their own tools.
