**About Us**

The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust provides Level 2 Neonatal Services, catering to the needs of premature and sick newborn babies.

We are seeking two experienced Advanced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (ANNPs) to join our team as part of the tier 1 rota. This role has arisen due to promotions within the team, offering an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic professionals to continue developing their clinical and leadership skills.

This demanding position requires passionate and highly motivated ANNPs with excellent communication skills who wish to deliver high-quality care to our neonates and their families.

You will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to meet the complex needs of premature and sick newborn babies, making safe critical decisions while providing individualised family-oriented care.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Undertake Tier 1 duties on the Neonatal Rota and function at a senior practitioner level to provide autonomous clinical care.
  2. Provide tailored family-centered care utilising advanced clinical skills.
  3. Support and facilitate the education and training of other members of the neonatal team, including doctors and nurses at all levels.
