About the Role

The Staff Engagement Officer will play a key role in enhancing our staff engagement strategy and action plan, driving organisational change and employee satisfaction.

This role involves:

  • Delivering improvements in staff communication, engagement, and motivation through tailored channels and activities.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for employees to have a voice and contribute to organisational decision-making.
  • Designing and delivering communication plans for various audiences and platforms.
  • Developing engaging content and recognition opportunities that showcase employee achievements and promote key messages.
Requirements and Benefits

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant degree and/or professional qualification, such as CIPR or CIM.
  • Experience in implementing internal communications campaigns and writing engaging content.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative flair and ability to translate organisational priorities into effective communication plans.
