Job Description

Job Title: German Speaking Business Development Executive

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Central London office (3 days a week), remote work from home (2 days a week)

Language Requirements: Fluency in German and English

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled German speaking Business Development Executive to join our team at CV-Library. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for growing our client portfolio through new business acquisitions and developing current relationships through training and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build new business prospects and manage a portfolio of client partnerships
  2. Develop a successful account management and relationship management strategy
  3. Deliver a new business acquisition strategy in the DACH countries of Europe using sales tools such as marketing activities (webinars, etc.)
  4. Focus on acquisition of new business from either new or existing partners
  5. Utilise networking skills through social media and attend events
  6. Travel to Germany (approximately 1 time per month) and organise social events for partners when required

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German and English
  • Previous experience in new business development/account managing - ideally in the FinTech/financial services or e-commerce sector
  • Ability to report on personal performance to senior management

What We Offer:

  • Basic salary £60,000 - £75,000
  • Annual bonus OTE £130,000
