Responsibilities

As a Scientific Software Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:
  • Developing algorithms and software using standard libraries for mathematical modeling and machine learning
  • Collaborating with software test engineers to improve product quality
  • Contributing to team and project continuous improvement activities
  • Building strong working relationships with other departments
  • Contributing to continuous integration and delivery frameworks and approaches

Qualifications

We're looking for passionate engineers who enjoy solving problems and exploring opportunities to innovate. If you have a proven software development experience, ideally with exposure to elements such as C++ and/or Python, and practical experience of knowledge of good software engineering practices, we'd love to hear from you. Experience with Markov Chain Monte Carlo and Bayesian Data Analysis is also a plus.
