Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHSFT. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our busy 29-bedded Stroke Unit, where you will have the chance to develop your clinical skills and expertise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating patient care, working closely with our senior nursing staff to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and plan patient care, developing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, providing clear and concise information to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices to enhance patient care.
