Job Title: Staff Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our dynamic team at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent healthcare services.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to the development of nursing practice. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your clinical skills and knowledge to make a positive impact on patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, adhering to Trust policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered care.
  • Contribute to the development of nursing practice, participating in quality improvement initiatives and education programs.
  • Participate in the assessment, planning, and evaluation of patient care, ensuring effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, adhering to data protection and confidentiality policies.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with the NMC or working towards and due to qualify in the next six months.
  • Degree/Diploma in Nursing or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience of looking after patients in a healthcare environment.
