Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Motor Industry Electrical Trainer to join our team. As a trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our technicians, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Salary: £47,780 per annum (dependent on skills and experience), plus opportunities for over-performance bonuses.

About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong background in automotive electrical systems. You will have a relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 and a full UK driving licence. Ideally, you will also hold an MOT license and have experience in training others.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality training programs to our technicians, focusing on electrical systems and related topics
- Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and online resources
- Collaborate with other trainers to ensure consistency and quality in our training programs
