Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Project Engineer to join our team at Premea Limited. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and developing new and updated GMA accessory projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop systems and components for new and updated GMA accessory projects, considering function, cost, manufacture, assembly, and quality.
  2. Produce high-quality 3D CAD models using CREO software and 2D engineering drawings in compliance with ASME standards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Industrial Design, Product Development, Quality, Procurement, Sales & Marketing, and external departments such as Product Development, CAE, and Test Teams.
  4. Ensure designs comply with regulatory requirements and have a good understanding of the application of regulatory requirements for motorcycles.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree with proficiency in 3D CAD, preferably Pro-engineer / CREO.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering design of components and subassemblies.
  3. Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, such as castings, forgings, sheet metal, and injection moldings.
  4. Good understanding of motorcycle chassis layout and construction.
  5. Experience in designing to regulatory requirements as applied to motorcycles.
