Job Title: Network Manager

Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in network management and a strong team player? We're seeking a skilled Network Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with local providers, payment systems, central counterparties, and check clearing systems.
  • Accountable for managing all aspects of Agent Bank relationships in selected markets.
  • Identify risks and exposures impacting JPMorgan's Lines of Business, stakeholders, and key cross-functional partners.
  • Provide thought leadership on market and regulatory change, ensuring a deep understanding of its impact on the Businesses and clients.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to market-specific enquiries and escalations from Businesses, clients, and Network Management colleagues.
  • Represent Network Management in new business initiatives, evaluating and identifying risks associated with new/prospective engagements, products, or businesses.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in TPO, risk, control, and regulatory management.
  • Previous Network Management experience.
  • Strong relationship management, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong ability to work across the global Network Management team and across J.Morgan, developing partnerships with the LOBs and functional areas such as Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Technology.
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly with regard to assessing risk.
  • Previous experience working with agent banks, carry brokers, and FMIs.
