About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Assistant to join our Litigation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload, working closely with colleagues and clients to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your own caseload, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients, providing excellent communication and customer service
  • Utilize IT systems, including Microsoft Word and Excel, to efficiently manage and track casework
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and relationships
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months' administration experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
  • Competency with IT systems, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience in debt or asset recovery is advantageous
  • Ability to work well in a team, develop good working relationships, and communicate effectively
  • Flexibility, initiative, and confidence in your own ability
