About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Assistant to join our Litigation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload, working closely with colleagues and clients to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your own caseload, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to gather information, evidence, and documentation
  • Conduct research and analysis to support case development and strategy
  • Prepare and review documents, reports, and other materials for court submissions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation, case law, and best practices in litigation
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months' administration experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
  • Competency with IT systems, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience in debt or asset recovery is advantageous
  • Previous experience of running your own caseload and/or using a case management system is ideal
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Flexibility, initiative, and confidence in your own ability
Working Arrangements

We offer a flexible working arrangement, with a blend of home and office-based work. You will be required to work a shift pattern, which may include evenings and Saturdays. We are committed to providing a service to our clients between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Thursday, and 8am to 6pm on Fridays.
