We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Planner to join our Planning Team. As a Planner, you will be responsible for calling residents to book appointments and planning operatives' diaries. You will also monitor and maintain PDA control allocation and ensure efficient use of resources to meet turnaround timescales.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to investigate, evaluate and respond to situations quickly, be decisive and able to multitask. They will also have good IT knowledge, be able to prioritize their workload and provide great customer service. Knowledge of the Direct Scheduling System and the construction industry is also desirable.

As a Planner with Mears Group, you will be part of a stable and profitable contract that delivers excellent service and support through our local teams. You will have the opportunity to work as part of a team and contribute to the success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call residents to book appointments and plan operatives' diaries

  • Provide supporting information on operative performance levels
