Job Title: Production Director

At Creative Crowd Recruitment, we're seeking a highly skilled Production Director to join our team. As a key member of our Creative team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of our creative projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage creative and strategic resourcing using Streamtime software
  • Liaise with Client Account teams on briefs and accuracy in scoping
  • Manage resourcing and capacity planning to ensure timely management of resourcing challenges
  • Sourcing and briefing of Freelance creatives supporting lead creatives and Client Account team
  • Support Design Director with the ongoing development and training of Creative Team members
  • Support Creative Team with design execution as directed by the Design Director
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Support Design Director with the delivery of Artwork & Production delivery of client briefs
  • 'Dotted Line' management of Artworking resources within the business
  • Sourcing and co-management of external production suppliers alongside Design Director and Client Account team
  • Support Design Director by leading the delivery of creative that delivers against business marketing efforts
Requirements:
  • Effective management of IT provision across the business
  • Project management role during peak times of asset/artwork delivery
