We're a highly successful brand, design-led creative agency with a 30-year track record of delivering exceptional results for our clients.

We're now looking for a talented Head of Design / Design Director to join our team and help lead the design function within our creative department.

Job Description

The Head of Design / Design Director will report directly to our Creative Director and work closely with our Creative Group Heads and other creatives to drive innovation and excellence in our design work.

As a creative thinker and problem solver, you'll be responsible for maximising the creative output on projects and maintaining the high quality of our work.

You'll have the ability to look beyond the brief and seek out creative, effective, and appropriate solutions to drive business growth and secure new clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and running design teams
  • Developing strong client relationships
  • Inspiring and motivating designers
  • Producing high-quality presentations and design work
  • Pitching and winning new business

We're looking for a leader with a strong track record of success, excellent communication skills, and a passion for design and creativity.

Requirements include a relevant design degree and at least 12+ years of experience working in design at a design/creative agency.

We're looking for someone who is client-facing, loves pitching, and is a pitch winner. If you're a talented and ambitious designer looking to take your career to the next level, we'd love to hear from you.
