Support Worker Vacancies in a Purpose-Built Service

We are seeking Support Workers to join our team at Heron Court, a purpose-built supported living service in Scotland.

Heron Court is a 24-flat service designed to offer a high degree of independence to residents with Learning Disabilities and Autism. As a Support Worker, you will support individuals to live vibrant, fulfilling lives in the community.

Requirements:

At least one year's experience working with complex needs and behaviours that challenge is a requirement.

The service is easily accessible by public transport, with several bus routes stopping nearby. We also have parking spaces available for employees.

As a Support Worker at Lifeways Group, you will be part of a team that supports people to live their lives to their fullest potential. Our support is tailored around each person's unique needs, enabling them to live their life the way they want and develop the skills and confidence to be as independent as possible.
