SHEF Manager Job Description

Role: SHEF Manager

Mainstay IT is seeking a highly skilled SHEF Manager to support our operations with guidance and solutions to ensure work activities are conducted in a safe manner, complying with current regulations and adhering to Safety Operating Procedures (SOP) held within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to ensure work activities are conducted in a safe manner
  • Ensure compliance with current regulations and SOP
  • Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections
  • Collaborate with operations teams to identify and mitigate safety risks

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SHEF management
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and SOP
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Location: Chelmsford

Salary: Up to £55,000 + Car Allowance/ Car
