Business Operations Manager

Excellent Basic Package + Uncapped OTE

First Call Contract Services is seeking a Business Operations Manager to help develop our clients paving and flooring business covering the London regions and supporting the business on a national level.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the consumer construction industry, including paving and outdoor flooring, and be able to manage a large national sales operation.

  • Arrange and attend business-to-business sales meetings to build lasting relationships with new and existing clients and companies.
  • Manage a daily, weekly, and monthly sales pipeline and diary, reporting to director level.
  • Attend regular service meetings with current clients, reporting on stock levels and stock delivery lead times.
  • Visit customers to make them aware of product ranges, stock levels, and outdoor porcelain designs.
  • Secure and process orders from customers, processing orders, invoicing, and warehouse control.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers and suppliers across the country.
  • Actively target key B2B customers, independent builders' merchants, and landscape companies.
  • Manage supplier relationships and product ranges.

We are looking for candidates with a background or experience in construction or trade sales and an experience of paving and outdoor flooring.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.

Basic starting salary is DOE, industry-leading packages are available with excellent OTE's and a car allowance option and company benefits.
