**About the Role**

We are seeking an exceptional **Sales Business Development Representative** to join our team at MHR. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, shaping market opportunities, and delivering impactful sales results.

As a key member of our sales team, you will collaborate with colleagues and technical experts to deliver tailored solutions to prospective customers. Your work will be supported by a centralised Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, allowing you to stay organised and informed while contributing to the team's shared goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial awareness, with a focus on value-based selling. You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as experience working with CRM systems to manage prospects and pipeline. If you are ready to make an impact by driving new business sales and building meaningful customer relationships, this role is your opportunity to excel.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver contract revenues as agreed in the company's business plan and commission scheme.
  • Self-generate and manage a sales pipeline with sufficient coverage to meet business plan targets.
  • Accurately forecast sales performance and maintain accountability for results.
