Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our IT Operations function, you will be responsible for leading a national team of regional engineers and planning and delivering IT services across the group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement IT Service Delivery Plans: Formulate short-term and long-term IT service delivery plans, identify areas for continuous improvement, and develop strategies to deliver added value to the business.
- Represent IT to the Business and Suppliers: Professionally represent Group IT to internal stakeholders and third-party vendors and suppliers, building and maintaining successful relationships.
- Lead Service Reviews and Continuous Improvement: Develop, own, chair, and facilitate regular Service Reviews with the business and suppliers, ensuring service level agreements are met and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Support Budget Conversations: Collaborate with stakeholders to support budget-related conversations and ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Monitor Supplier and IT Service Delivery Performance: Oversee supplier and IT service delivery performance, liaising with managers and customers to ensure service level agreements are met.
Requirements:
- Experience in IT Service Delivery: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of ITIL processes and experience working with Microsoft technologies.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business challenges and develop strategies to deliver added value.
