Job Title: Welsh Speaking Health and Social Care Assessor

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Health and Social Care professional to join our client in Cardiff as a Welsh Speaking Health and Social Care Assessor.

About the Role:

This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility of working both from home and within the community, covering learners within an hour's radius of your home address.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessing and supporting learners to achieve their NVQs in Health and Social Care.
  • Planning and delivering high-quality training sessions tailored to individual learner needs.
  • Monitoring and reviewing learner progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with awarding body requirements.
  • Engaging with employers and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Welsh (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Full UK Driver's Licence.
  • Qualifications and experience in NVQ Assessing.
  • Proven experience working in Health and Social Care, with relevant occupational qualifications.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
