Catering Supervisor Role

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily preparation and production of food for patients, staff, and visitors, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
• Directly supervise catering staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Manage catering provisions, materials, and resources efficiently, minimizing waste and optimizing budgets.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with various stakeholders, including staff, clinicians, and managers.
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills, essential for accurate record-keeping and compliance.
• Ability to work independently, making informed decisions regarding workload priorities and resource allocation.
Working Arrangements:
• 27.7 hours per week, spread across four days within a seven-day cycle.
• Flexibility is essential, as the catering department operates during extended hours, including early mornings and late evenings.
