Oversee the daily preparation and production of food for patients, staff, and visitors
Manage the catering team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality
Requirements:
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Numeracy and literacy skills for record-keeping and compliance
Working Hours:
27.7 hours per week, working four days over seven
