Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to lead the Talent & Recruitment remit for a UK organisation with approximately 700 employees. This role involves developing and implementing best-in-class recruitment strategies, leading the full end-to-end recruitment journey, and building strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, including talent pooling and innovative advertising methods.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, take detailed vacancy briefs, and establish recruitment timelines.
  • Manage applications, screen candidates, and conduct initial telephone interviews to assess suitability.
  • Organize interviews, send confirmations, and provide guidance on interview best practices.
