Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and guidance to support their academic and personal development
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities that promote collaboration and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching KS1 students
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
