About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Associate to join our team at Harrods, one of the world's leading luxury department stores. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products, and building strong relationships with our customers to drive sales and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of our products, including their features, benefits, and pricing
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to make personalized recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business results
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity to remain competitive
