About the Role

Alo is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth by leading Alo's initiatives and optimizing productivity and efficiency
  • Provide a friendly and easy-to-shop environment for customers, ensuring engagement and a seamless shopping experience
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized service
  • Analyse sales data and reports to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive growth
  • Work collaboratively with the leadership team to achieve store goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on store goals, company initiatives, and new product launches to educate customers and drive sales
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a client-centric, sales environment
  • Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
  • Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually and as a team
  • Fosters genuine connections through empathy, compassion, and integrity
  • Proof of right to live and work in the UK
What We Offer

Alo offers a competitive hourly rate of £13-£15 per hour, depending on experience. Part-time associates work up to 29 hours per week, while full-time associates work 32-40 hours per week with 100% of their work week on the sales floor.
