Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Product Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of software projects and products to our clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, software development, and client-facing delivery. They will be responsible for defining the customer experience, enhancing the customer journey, and providing support to the team.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Software Solutions: The Product Delivery Manager will be responsible for delivering software solutions to clients as per the requirement and product roadmap.
- Define Customer Experience: They will define the customer experience and enhance the customer journey to meet the client's expectations.
- Team Leadership: The successful candidate will provide support, coaching, and direction to the team as required.
- Stakeholder Management: They will manage external stakeholders and ensure that the software delivery meets the client's expectations.
- Project Management Experience: The candidate should have strong project management skills gained in a software company.
- Client-Facing Delivery Experience: They should have excellent client-facing delivery experience.
- Product Management Knowledge: A good understanding of product management is essential.
- Software Development Knowledge: A good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) is required.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management skills are necessary.
- Energy Industry Knowledge: It is highly desirable for the candidate to have an excellent understanding of the energy industry.
