We are seeking an experienced and successful Aftersales Manager to lead our service department and drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of service department operations, ensuring seamless delivery of customer services.
  • Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction surveys, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted strategies to enhance customer experience.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective cost control measures, ensuring departmental budgets are met.
  • Regularly review and analyze performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

  • Proven experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager, with a track record of success in driving customer satisfaction and team performance.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve excellence.
  • A stable career path, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Package:

Basic salary circa £40,000, with opportunities for OTE on top.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, with 1 in 4 Saturdays required.
