Finance Assistant Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a Finance Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our finance team with various tasks and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with purchase ledger duties, including managing invoices and delivery notes
  • Support financial reporting and month-end activities
  • Contribute to other areas of finance for development, including balance sheets and journal entries
  • Process invoices and reconcile accounts
  • Manage sales ledger and support the accounting team with daily tasks
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the finance team
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles
  • Excellent Excel skills and analytical mindset
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Couple of years' experience in finance and/or accounting would be ideal
  • Enthusiasm to learn and willingness to be a team player
