Job Title: Executive Estate Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Estate Manager to join our team at Hutchinsons Domestic Staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our client's primary residence, a Manor that is currently undergoing significant projects and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the primary residence, including proposing and replacing cutlery and crockery, organizing warehouse spaces for optimal storage, and setting up various properties on the estate.
  • Oversee projects and ensure that the household runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Assist with the client's properties in London, France, and Amsterdam as needed, requiring occasional travel and flexibility.
  • Act as a close liaison to the principals, ensuring clear and consistent communication with them, as well as with other household staff and team members.

Requirements:

  • Previous private house or long-term Motor Yachting background experience.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to travel as required.
  • Driver essential.
