Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough investigations into construction claims.
  2. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to support claims.
  3. Develop strategic plans to address delays and damages.
  4. Build and maintain client relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Quantity Surveying, etc.).
  • At least 4 years of experience in construction claims management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (Primavera, MS Project, Excel).
