Job Description: Delay and Damages Specialist

LVI Associates is seeking a skilled Delay and Damages Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and assessing construction claims related to project delays and damages, as well as preparing detailed reports and documentation to support claims.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and assess construction claims related to project delays and damages.
  • Conduct thorough investigations and gather evidence to substantiate claims.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support claims.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., RICS, CIOB, AACE) is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction claims, with a focus on delay and damages.
