Key Responsibilities- Delivering Patient Care: Provide pre and post-operative care to patients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with our team to share knowledge, expertise, and best practices to enhance patient outcomes.
- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
- Medication Administration: Safely administer medications, injections, and intravenous infusions, as well as perform female and male catheterization procedures.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records, utilizing our electronic health record system.
- NMC Registration: Hold a valid NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with no restrictions.
- Eligibility to Work in the UK: Be eligible to live and work in the UK.
- Experience: Possess at least one year of experience working in a hospital setting, with a focus on elective day case surgical or medical care.
- Teamwork and Communication: Demonstrate excellent written, numerical, and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
